rev:text	I chose this company, because I had received an email from Andrew, introducing himself and his company. He sounded professional and honest. I am selling my home and needed my house cleaned, before putting it on the market. The house is completely empty and it's 1548 sq foot. They had to clean the kitchen, to include the refrigerator and the stove. They had to clean 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. They had to clean the glass door to the Arizona room.Also all the windows (6) in the house. They had to clean all the ceiling fans in the house. They had to sweep and mop all of the floors. The house had JUST been painted and all the shelves in the closets were clean. They did NOT have to vacuum the carpets in the bedroom. They were cleaned separately. They were supposed to clean the floor in the AZ room, which they did not. I had to work the day, that the crew of 3 came in. My boy-friend went to my home to talk to them. He asked them to call them, when they were done.They did NOT call him. I spoke to Charley, the Office Manager. She stated to me, that UNLESS it's on the work order, that they are to call, they are not going to call!!!!! So, why did the crew not tell him then, that they would not call? Well, she stated, that they were there for 3 hours and 55 minutes and charged me $494.00 hours. I almost fainted. There is NO way in HELL, that a crew of 3 people take almost 4 hours to clean what had to be cleaned (and forgetting the AZ floor). I am very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.
