  • If you can help it do not rent from this company. I can only imagine that buying is worse. We have put hundreds of dollars into the property they rented to us (new working stove, washer and dryer, paint over grease and stains, carpet padding) and they have yet to reimburse us or take a single dime off of our rent. We are doing the bare minimum to make the property livable and they have been required to make upgrades by our HOA due to the state of the residence. We have always paid rent early but due to the new year & their system not taking payments early we were unable to do so, and they refuse to take a check or make an exception in this instance even though the problem was caused by their system. There is only a 3 day grace period for rent and a $75 late fee if you miss the 5pm deadline, they absolutely REFUSE to work with you. These people are slum lords, avoid them at all costs.
