  • This place has awful customer service. I went into the store and bought a large grill. They said they would assemble it and deliver my product and their sub-contractors would call me before they got to my home. No call ever came and the grill was delivered in a big box and put in my garage. I called and Home Depot Rocky River had to send 2 more guys out to get it off of my garage floor and back to the store. They said they could assemble it and bring it back in a week. No thanks guys! They are sending me my refund in the mail in about 2 weeks. They wouldn't even give me my money back right away! What kind of business is this anyway? What a mess! Wonder where my check will end up. Hopefully in my mailbox...but I have my doubts.
