  • DO NOT give them your credit/debit info. I set up a payment plan to pay my $200 bill, before I paid my second payment they charged my bank account without authorization for the full amount. No phone call, I only received one bill in the mail. They refused to refund me the money and let me continue with the payments. My experience was less than average. I waited about an hour with no one in front of me, just to see the doctor for about 2 minutes. Save yourself the time and go to UMC Quick care. Much, much better service.
