  • Is this allowed me to give zero stars I would give it... First of all my car wasn't working so I went to Nissan and Henderson to get the transmission changed they sent me over to budget because they run out of cars the lady at budget told me that it was going to be $100 for deposit... The paperwork said $69. I told her that Nissan was going to be paying for it... She continued to say that she still needed my credit card as a hold... When I came back to return my car the girl at the front have to call Nissan and verify that they were in fact paying for it... Then she said OK he'll your deposit is going to be refunded to your card... Four days went by and I said no refund in my account I called left several messages no response she told me finally that she was going to speak to a manager and they were going to call me back the next day I receive no call back... I called again left a message I received a call back saying that they were going to refund me and I should see it by Monday it is now Wednesday and still nothing I left a message yesterday and no return phone call... Not to mention that when I was there to pick up the car initially there was another lady at the counter arguing with the front desk that they had charged her card like $1000 and they had it refunded her... I should've taken that as a hint that this place and these people try to rip you off by running your card and hoping you won't check your account for the refund or making it a hassle to see if you give up ....DONT COME HERE !!!!
