  • After a year of annoyance, I got my daughter records and am never going back to this office! My daughter started here as a newborn and is so far behind on her shots. They are always out of vaccines, I've had to go back so many times unscheduled to get the shots. Seriously not one time did they have the all the required shots they have a different excuse each time why they weren't ordered or haven't gotten them yet. One time the person who was supposed to order was sick. One time there was a death in the family. Ok I understand things happen. But after 6 times of this, it's hard to believe now. Even when they said they would call me when it's back in stock, I never got a cal. Wait time is always at least an hour. You get in the room and vitals taken then are stuck in the room for an hour waiting for the dr. I can deal with that. The front office staff is the worst. Schedule you for the wrong days. "Forget" to fax blood test results to you twice. Ok still fixing them the benefit of the doubt. But what tops the cake is when my daughter broke out in hives and had an allergic reaction I went there and Dr Mendoza ordered bloodwork. 2 weeks after the bloodwork (and worried by daughter could stop breathing from a reaction) there was NO follow up from the dr. I had to call them for results, the front office lady tells me she's allergic to cows milk and dogs. Today at 12 month appt, Dr Webber (who is the worst- completely rude, ripped the bottle out of my daughters mouth when I was feeding her because she turned 1 two days ago and she said lecture me that she is not allowed to have a bottle anymore) told me she wasn't allergic to milk and the front office shouldn't be giving medical advice. Well at least they told me something, Dr Mendoza surely didn't bother to call me or give me results for 3 months. So I make her get the results to review them and the results say allergic to milk but Dr Webber says it was probably something else she ate that day, not really milk. What? This is the first time you've seen my daughter and you know better than the actual blood results? She just couldn't be proven wrong. I finally got all my daughters records and I am never going back to that place! It's a shame because dr Mendoza was nice, but the staff and Dr Webber are terrible! And since Dr Mendoza didn't follow up care about the allergies (thankfully I changed my daughter formula to dairy and soy free since I couldn't wait any longer) I will never go back to their office. Only go to their office if you want to waste your money and not get any good patient care.
