| - This spot lands in my top 5 favorite restaurants in Vegas. My wife made a reservation for a Friday night and it did not disappoint.
Service was exceptional. From our server (I believe his name is Jason as well), sommelier, the mixologists, to the people bringing out our dishes and serving us water. Didn't feel rushed one second through the whole dining experience. I could also appreciate that our server first asked if we had any time constraints prior to ordering.
We both opted for the chef's tasting menu and added an order of the Kusshi oysters, and I'm glad we did!
Appetizer:
Kusshi oysters - delicate, nice hint of brine with a sweet finish
Tasting menu:
Scallop Crudo - WOW, just WOW! I've had scallops at other restaurants before, but this is by far the best scallop dish I've experienced. Buttery, salty, smooth velvety texture.
Langostine Bisque - Tastes just like a traditional butter lobster bisque, but using langostine. A couple chunks of langostine tails included.
Warm Squash Custard - If there was a way to taste the seasons, this would be the perfect example of fall/winter in each bite. Little bits of foie gras, honey and granola paired up beautifully in this dish.
Grilled Beef Ribeye Cap - Didn't have much marbling to the meat, but still seasoned and cooked perfectly medium rare and was just the right size. The kale and pear was a nice balance as well.
Coconut Lemongrass Cremeux - To be honest with you, I don't even remember this dish since I was full and ad the bottom of our bottle of wine, but I'm sure it was a nice palate cleanser to end our dining experience.
Again, not only was the food well balanced and very flavorful, the service was very attentive and timed each course perfectly. At $110 per person, it was well worth the money and comparable to other tasting menus that are $250+ that we've had at other restaurants. From one foodie to another, this place is definitely worth checking out.

We ended up coming the following night to sit at the bar. Again, the mixologists were spot on and consistent with my old fashions. If you're a gin drinker and need something refreshing, order the Corpse Reviver #2 (not on the menu), but they do this drink justice. If you want something sweet, the cotton candy cocktail is a well presented drink. The musician had a beautiful voice and really set the tone of the bar area. If you're looking for something low-key to have a conversation, come here!
