cox internet -webmail no way 6-7-15
they have an ongoing internal cox server issue that is not allowing their webmail to communicate with - they did not have the courtesy to alert their customers..why would they be so kind. after 45 minutes on the phone, explaining my issue 3 times and speaking to 3 different people including a "level 2" tech support person,chris, who was over the top rude and patronizing, a supervisor came on the line and explained the issue cox servers are experiencing and they have no anticipated resolution time for this cox issue. how ridiculous that they don't have the professionalism to alert their huge staff of this issue. what a waste of time , very stressful. oh did i mention i have been a client for over 10 years? they hold you hostage and give alot of lip dervice. there is no consistency and cox banks on the clients fear of change-definitely a monopoly in the phoenix area
