| - I suffer from Fibromyalgia and in doing so, it makes me EXTREMELY sensitive to touch. It didn't seem like they knew what I was talking about when I explained to them in advance. I always have to tell my doctors in advance so that they will know how to handle me. However, I thought the Dr. was a bit rough when it came to the shot of novacaine, but the nurse, held my hand through the whole thing. Not that I needed to be babied, but that little bit, just showed that she cared. The staff was very nice, and the Saturday I went, they were very, very busy, I had to wait 30 minutes to see them, but they made it a point to keep checking on me to make sure I was ok with the wait. The staff always smiled and it seemed genuine, not forced.
I had a tooth extraction and the Doctor talked to me during the whole process. Telling me I was going to be ok, to hang in there, we were almost done. Suffering from FM, my nerves are so extremely sensitive and I have no control over it, not every dentist or doctor has had to work with someone with the illness, but I do appreciate the staff making sure I was comfortable.
All in all, yes, I'd go back to them!
