rev:text	Before the ignominious US post office took over, this wasn't a great place to go. Very little pleasant customer service except for one or two employees. Now that the site has been taken over by the government, it's worse. Nearly every time I have had the misfortune to get a yellow slip to pick something up, there's ONE person at the counter and the line, like today, backs up 4 or 5 at least. There are MANY people in the back, but it took the counter man a long time before he called for help, and the person who came wasn't busting butt to get out to the counter. It's a nightmare to dread when you get a yellow slip. Also, I had a package left in one of the new ockers, and when my yellow slip item was brought out, it could have easily fit into that locker, too (it was delivered 2 days ago so there is no reason to not place it there and prevent the LONG wait to pick it up). I notice that they no longer have a pad on which to write comments - I wonder why ...
