Update: Management called me today. Thank you for your response. I still hold out hope the establishment, but not the stylist. Thank you management and (I believe the stylist that fixed my sons hair was) Megan, Kudos to Megan for stepping up... it was a challenge, believe me. I hate to point fingers, but management needs to see every head leaving the establishment, this could have been rectified on site, immediately.
