I recently took my car here for service and while I hate dealing with Car Dealership warranty work, the service manager (Heather) tried her best to get the aftermarket warranty to cover my item. I was convinced when purchasing my new car that I would need an additional warranty on my car. What they didn't explain to me was that whenever you do bring in your car for repair they charge you a $100 deductible - and that is IF they even cover what broke. Why would anyone buy these programs? Because they push them on you making you think you're covered no matter what with no out-of-pocket costs. Think again! Mind you, Bill Luke did not sell me my car or the extended warranty. My advice to you however is - beware the extended warranty because it isn't your sales person selling this - it's the F&I guy who puts the squeeze on you before you can leave.
