I Purchased a used Lexus at this dealership about 3 weeks ago and had the worst experience EVER with Michael Turpin.
I had e-mailed prior to going in and was replied to by Brandon, but when I arrived I was handed to Micheal as Brandon was with a customer.
He showed no interest in selling me a vehicle till I was approved by THEIR finance department.
Then I was bombarded by texts from him for a quick sale. I was told by Michael that I would get $500 off, and on my way there he texted me that he got another $500 off. But when I arrived he was no where to be found. Brandon had to close the deal. (he was not happy that I had another $500 off and said he called the manager at home to get the Okay on it).
By the next day both batteries in the keys were dead. Both Michael and the service rep stated that there had to be a special tool to open the key to replace the battery (even though the key is the same as BMW's).
Michael then sent me to the Lexus dealer down the street, where I had to pay $28 for two new batteries. (Fortunately, the lexus dealer was so much nicer than BMW). I wish I would have gone straight to lexus!
