| - I can't claim to have had a criminal experience, but it was one that definitely left me feeling uneasy. Today marks the second time that we've had L & S come out to fix our downstairs Air Conditioning unit. It also marks the second time that, the moment an L & S representative came to inspect the issue, the upstairs unit happened to go out. Now, maybe there's a link between AC units and when one goes out the other becomes more likely to follow. I wouldn't know, I'm not an HVAC specialist. That being said, no one has ever made me more aware of the fact that I'm not an HVAC specialist than the gentlemen who came to assist. They continuously employed the use of jargon with which I was unfamiliar, and when I requested they restate in layman's terms they said they could not. Maybe I'm paranoid, but it felt like scam. And what's more, the problem arose on a Thursday, it is now Monday and they have come every day, charged us every day, yet still found no viable solution. It's Vegas in the summer and we're paying these guys to fix a problem that has yet to be fixed.
