I was totally surprised by the hotel. I never expected this for the Legendary Haunt tour. Upon checking in, I could tell that this was a special place, since the keys were the only way to get to the floors we were on.
My room, on the 22nd floor, over looked the river side, At dusk, the lights of the city really lit up and gave me the most beautiful view of Pittsburgh I've ever had.
The room was large and filled with amenities: A large soaking tub and separate shower. High end soaps and shampoos. A Keurig and tea kettle. The bed was super comfy and warm. There was a special set up for wireless so you could connect your device and see it on the TV.
Service was always exquisite, the people from every level were always friendly and welcoming. The lobby was amazing. It really was simply one of the most stunning hotels I've had the ability to stay in. I LOVED it.
The drawbacks? $15 a day for wireless. A rum and coke in the bar $9.00
