  • my salesman tom eshaq was so amazing,helpful,patient,considerate and caring. ask for him by name. he will take care of you like family. I give him 5 stars.the rest of this review does not pertain to him. Centennial Toyota as a company gets 1.5 stars based on the overall experience over the last 2 months. 1st we paid cash for a used car that turned out to be a lemon. they said they would either even trade it for another used car or take as a trade. reluctantly I looked at newish cars. got a decent deal on a 2017 so I said ok. I leave the lot and I'm running on fumes-they didn't put gas in like they said they would. as I look at the gas gauge I see the tire warning light. I had to go back the next morning since they didn't return our drivers licenses. I ask if they will fix or replace the tire. Nope. now let me tell you, 1 this screw was purposefully jammed into the tire just under the hub cap. I could not have "picked it up on the road", 2, they never even bothered to look at it. just said no. now that the sale is done,they don't care about us enough to even return my husbands call today.
