The positive... I called after-hours to find out if they were open. The store actually called me back the next day (today) to see if they could help me with anything. I needed to get the power port and audio jack replaced on my son's iPad 2 replaced and he quoted me a price over the phone. Great service and great demeanor.
Once I arrived to the store, the clerk wanted to charge me $15-20 more when I went to the store.
The clerk told me that I could work it out later. i had already invested 20 min of my lunch break into travelling to this location only to feel like they were trying to work additional fee's from me. i'm all about customer service, and they won on the initial - and probably could have kept my business if he would have called the owner/manager back to clear up the discrepancy.
I'm at the point of frustration with local iPhone/iPad repair shops that have inconsistent pricing and service.
