The auto service center is one of the worst I have ever experienced. A new set of 4 all seasons was mounted on rims in 2016. I took the insurance package. Within 18 months, 3 of the newly mounted tires developed rim leaks. On the third warranty claim I gently suggested to the service manager that perhaps, just maybe, the rims were not prepped properly on original install? And got an earful. Two months after that visit the rim that was resealed in warranty visit #3 (ie, just repaired!) developed a new rim leak all over again. At this point I gave up and went to private garage. Footnote: because of all my time in the waiting room, I got to overhear the reps on the phone. They spend most of their day giving customers a list of "recommendations" (like OEM wipers for $80) then seeing which ones they can score with. Ugh!
