  • Today the US AIrways brand has melted into American Airlines. I've had a great experience over the years traveling on this wonderful airline. Agents in CLT have helped me get home many times, when I knew I would never get on the direct flight from ORD to RDU as a standby on United. The flight attendants have always taken care of me, and I've been upgraded to first class more than once when flying in uniform. I'm gonna miss you as much as I miss Continental. Thank you for taking care of a sister in the aviation industry.
