  • slow service and don't like the fact that you can't make an appointment to have your oil changed... their advise, get there early in the morning and be first in line. sure that is just what i want to do on my day off, get up early and then sit at the dealership while they take forever to change your oil. i've got 2 oil changes that i got from grupon/eoilchange left so i feel like i have to use them.
