  • If you're reading this you're looking for a realtor. If you're looking for a realtor you should talk to Jeff Barchi. Jeff's expertise, professionalism, and market insights are probably incomparable. He has a network of top-tier tradesmen and other professionals to help with inspections, repairs, landscaping, moving, etc. Jeff gets to know the people he's representing. He asked me a lot of questions and engaged in extensive conversations with me to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. When we found the perfect home and it came time to make an offer, I made it clear to Jeff that I was comfortable offering the full asking price, but Jeff guided me into a more conservative offer, which was ultimately accepted. He acted as a fiduciary for me, knowing full-well that a lower selling price means a lower commission for himself. Who on earth does business like that? Jeff Barchi. He's the guy.
