  • Dr. Bingham was great but unfortunately his staff was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. During my first visit at his office I sat in the waiting room only to over hear the girls up front talking loudly about another patient's embarrassing condition. I felt very uncomfortable during this visit due to that! Fast forward to the day before my next appointment - which I scheduled three months in advance. His office staff calls me to cancel my appointment because of a "scheduling error". When I tried calling back I was hung up on twice and finally got through on the third call after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. Long story short, she could careless that I was hung up on twice and could not accommodate me to get me in for my appointment. I will not be returning to Dr. Bingham's practice and will not recommend it to anyone. It is unfortunate he is losing patients due to his office staff's unprofessionalism.
