  • I had two chips in my windshield and my insurance company recommended Freedom Auto Glass to come fix it (terrible choice). After replacing my windshield twice and repairing it once, I was STILL having a loud vibrating noise come from my windshield. My insurance company found Southwestern Auto Glass to come out and see if they could take care of it for me. I talked to Sewell on the phone and he was able to make me an appointment for the next day at a time that worked around my schedule early in the morning. He was able to tell me why he thought the noise was happening but said he would do his best to fix it. He came out the next day and fixed my windshield with in about 30-45 minutes. I drove my car to work that afternoon and the noise was gone! He was very upfront and honest with me about what was wrong and that he did what he could to fix it and it seemed to work - fingers crossed. He called me later that evening to follow up on his work. I would highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and friendly - great service! Thank you Sewell!
