  • Seriously? I went here like a few times because of the Groupon. I return because of the benefit of the doubt change will be made. Each and everytime I get the excuse "hair was really matted" despite brushing my pomeranian's hair everyday and he ends up being shaved all the way, and even crooked, butchered, and ends up looking like a rat...... A cute rat because he's my baby lol. But cmonnnnnnn!!! This isn't my first time............ I mean kudos for always having a groupon, but shouldn't the grooming at least once out of the three to four times I was there be good?
