  • I cannot tell you how amazing the Green Valley Staff is at Winter's Village. I've been there three times during their opening and had a gone to the staff and asked for things and they are so polite, cheerful, and happy employees. So helpful too! All the way from the concierge staff, booth staff, bartenders, waitresses, skate staff, and room service staff. The snaffu's we ran into were none of our doing... so when I brought it up, concierge staff always were so accommodating. Great experience from decorations, food, specialty drink assortment, skating, and environment was top notch! We got the fire pit package. Our kids never complained about the skates or their experience. I'm not sure if we can bring our own skates. You do get wrist bands so that when you leave the skating rink to go eat or to your room or the fire pit, you can still go back and not pay again. The fire pit package is the way to go! There is a lot of staff I worked with for my sons birthday and I wish I could give you names but I didn't get their business cards. I know that if you go to the Winters Village, you will surely enjoy your experience. I thank the staff for helping us at the fire pit and s'mores. YOU ALL are great staff! Even the Valet attendants... we will continually go back! They have a good thing going... 5 Star service!!!!!
