  • I bought a new GMC Terrain SLT and Bret Glass was great. I flew in from LAX and the paperwork only took about 5 minutes. Bret explained the basics and helped get registered with OnStar, XM and the GMC owners center so I could have a smooth drive back to SoCal. After a couple of days, Sharon called me and told me what I had to do to register with DMV. She sent the necessary paperwork a couple of days before my appointment at the Bellflower DMV office. I was out of there in 25 minutes because all the paperwork that Sharon sent was in order. This was the best car buying experience; I told Bret if everything went well, I would be coming back in a couple of years for a Yukon. Bret and Sharon rock and thanks again!
