| - Took my Mom there today since she received a Groupon from my sister on Mother's Day. She was suppose to get a 70 min hot stone full body massage and a 20 min ion foot detox with magnetic waistband therapy. My Mom made her appt for 230pm, we arrived almost 15 min prior, after waiting almost 15 min before being helped, the counterman didn't acknowledge her after he was done with his customer, she even stood at the counter for a min. Another 2 people walked in and she had to butt in to the counterman to say that she was there first. Once she was helped, she didn't get her message started until about 250pm. The masseur wasn't applying enough pressure, even after she asked for more pressure. The so called 20 min ion foot detox consisted of him bring a warm bucket of water to soak her feet, which he didn't even massage at all! Didn't touch her feet, not once. At around 340pm the masseur said he was done. This was only 50 min and not the 90 min as what was paid for. Then before leaving, this place has a tip chart that say for a "Good Job" tip is $15, and from there the tip suggestions go up. Because my Mom has a good heart, is leaving the country in 2 days and doesn't have time today to argue about the poor service, she still tipped the $15 tip and left. We have been to other places around Vegas that gives way better service than this and costs less. I will definitely not be going back here.
