HORRIBLE!
I was so excited for this store to open as I had selected a bedroom set from their website I really liked and wanted to see it in person. After making a trip to the store during their grand opening, I order it.
I patiently waited several weeks for the bedroom set to arrive. When they called and told me it was here, I took the afternoon off work so that I could be home to receive the delivery.
As the delivery guys brought in the set, I started to notice issues. Two of the drawers on the $1500 dresser didn't stay closed, one of the $500 night stands had damage to the top, the other night stand was missing a caster, the $1500 foot board had chipped paint on the metal and the side rails to the bed had been clearly cracked and glued back together and colored in with a black Sharpie to disguise the damage. My over $4500 purchase looked like it came from a consignment store.
While friendly, the delivery guys barely spoke English when I pointed the damage out.
When a called customer service to report the issues, they told me the set had been discontinued and several of the pieces were no longer available so repairing or returning my damaged set were my options.
I am SO frustrated with this store since I purchased a special low profile box spring and mattress just to work with this bed.
I'm now sitting hear waiting for them get this junk out of my house and credit my credit card. I taking my money down to Create and Barrel or Restoration Hardware ...I have ordered from both before and the quality was never an issue.
Don't get me wrong, the Arhaus store is really beautiful, however it's is only skin deep... The furniture quality and delivery process will make you wish you went somewhere else.
