  • The WORST customer service I have ever gotten!!! Paid $80 to ship a package to my son's apartment and it was returned because apparently the driver was so dumb he didn't know to take packages to the leasing office like every other driver in the history of America. The UPS store's excuse? Well they didn't really have one. They said maybe it was his first day on the job. Or maybe he didn't know that they had a leasing office. But too bad, we won't refund your $80 or re-deliver the package. When I said then I'm going to refuse the charge on my credit card, the big thuggish looking owner said "go ahead and try". Really awesome example of customer service. I should've looked at these horrible reviews before I even walked through their door. Nice 2 star rating---way to go, you overachiever! Never again...
