  • Hands down worst car rental place in the WORLD! Very unprofessional. Have their kids working there actually doing a better job than the adults. Assumes clients owe them. Remember and don't forget why you have this job. Customer Service is not like it use to be. My advice would be not to do business with this particular location off Harris BLVD.
