I really wanted to like Burger Craft. I appreciate that grass fed beef is much healthier, but here's the thing. It's lack of fat also means that there's a very good chance it will be dry and tough. That's not qualities you want in a burger.
The patty itself is much smaller than I expected I would get for a $9 burger. Since it's so small and so thin, it's very hard to get a good char on the outside while retaining any juiciness on the inside. 5Guys can get away with a medium well burger because the meat has so much fat...these grass fed burgers can not. So you end up with a dry, tasteless patty.
The toppings were ok but not very generous for the upcharge.
I ordered onion rings. They looked delicious, big and fat...but they were very greasy and not very flavorful.
