An absolute nightmare to deal with.
While trying to cancel their overpriced service, I get disconnected every single time before any action can be made. It takes 10-15 mins to get to the first tier customer service rep who can't do anything but transfer you to their 'supervisor' in order to process cancellations.
Getting to the second rep either takes 46 mins (where they will promptly disconnect you after not being able to retain you) or the line will be cut off before you even make it to this person.
