  • I can't say anything about the pet services division of Petsmart but we visited the store at Ridge Road recently and was horrified by the treatment we received by the aquatic department manager. It's unlikely we will be back anytime soon (as in EVER). The store manager called to apologize. How rewarding that was. I spoke with another friend in another city who had an even worse experience at a Petsmart store. This chain is NOT recommended. I don't need help feeling stupid but the "manager" in the aquatics dept must have been a mermaid in a previous life to take away the usual guarantee on fish because we were putting algae eaters in our tank with a goldfish. I didn't get the memo but for three years we never had a problem with them sharing space and all of a sudden we were practically told we were stupid people. Looking for great customer service? Don't shop here!
