  • Do Not use any of their services !!!! I REPEAT, do not use them at all. I went to their Chardon wash last Sunday and the wash broke original stock equipment on my truck, which was in perfect condition(less than 25,000 miles) before the wash. The attendant found the broken pieces next to one of the brushes. I filled out a report and waited 4 days for a call from them which I never received, so I called on the 5th day. The manager called ownership and they said that they are not responsible for any damage. he said the part must have been broken before the wash and made me feel like I was trying to cheat them. the manager said they wash thousands of cars and never have damage. He instructed me that I should have used the brushless option and the damage would not have happened. the $12 wash now cost me hundreds of dollars in time and repairs. They are con-artists. Only go their if you like your things broken and have the time and money to fix it yourself....
