  • I called this place to do a furnace check prior to the winter months (yeah I'm just getting around to this review). I chose them because I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and the cost was pretty much on par with others I've used in the past. The technician arrived on schedule and was very courteous. He put covers over his boots without me having to ask, which I totally appreciated. Everything was fine and dandy until he found a problem and had to call his boss to quote me a price to fix it. His quote was so high and involved a used part without a warranty. I decided I would call around for some other estimates and get back to him, and I am so glad I did. I found another company which was far more reasonably priced with a new part and a warranty. I would recommend these guys for routine checkups on your furnace only. Otherwise, you will be paying inflated amounts for labor and parts.
