  • I called Quick Pik towing and got a price for my vehicle to be picked up the next morning. Forty-five minutes before they were supposed to be here, I got a call from their dispatcher Julie and she was very rude and unprofessional. She informed me if I did not pay more money for the tow that they would not show up. I explained that the other dispatcher already quoted me a price for the tow. She told me if I didn't pay the higher price for the tow I can call somebody else. At this point I didn't have a choice but to pay the higher price because my vehicle had to be at the repair shop by a certain time. I would not recommend this company to anybody if they hire employees with bad customer service.
