Jennifer B's post is inaccurate as she is speaking about my unprofessional and disheartening experience at Cobblestone. I was never asked to come back at a later time. When my daughter, niece and I walked into the salon, I was told that it would be a brief wait, only 15 minutes. We were taken back about 20 minutes later. My feet soaked for over 45 minutes without anyone coming over to do my pedicure. Because the water was now cold, I walked over to Su, the owner, and asked when I would be able to have a pedicure. He was so rude to me and said that clients were ahead of me because they had appointments. I totally understand that appointments have the priority over walk-ins, but Su should have been honest with us when we walked into the salon. He never said that it would be an hour wait and to come back. In fact, Su, never apologized. He merely threw his hands up in the air and brushed me off. I never asked for a gift certificate (and believe me I wasn't offered one either)! I paid for my daughter's manicure and my niece's pedicure. I have to say that this was the worst customer experience that I have ever encountered!!
