  • Absolutely the worst run business I have ever dealt with, all of the arrangements for my mom were pre arranged by myself 2 months prior to her passing. I won't get into the details, but 5 trips there and 6 wks later I finally got the remains of my mom. I knew this was going to be a difficult time in my life, hence the pre planning and I feel Melchers staff made this 10 times more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone!
