  • If I could give zero stars I would! Their office staff sucks. Every time I have made an appointment I have waited over a half an hour to see the doctor. Every time I call to make an appointment they are sure to ask me what insurance I have only to find out today that after taking my IBEW insurance since I have been with them that they no longer take the ppo portion. Interestingly enough I really liked their PA, Dr. Dyer, but their office staff being rude and apparently not aware of what they are doing does not make up enough for me to go there. There office is packed and they try to see as many patients as they can, which is what calls for the more than 30 minute wait time. I was referred to this office by my husbands union hall. I would tell anyone trying to go here to look elsewhere it is not worth your time and aggravation. Even waiting for an MRI referral for my daughter took over 3 weeks. My husband, daughter and I will be looking for a new primary care that obviously isn't in medicine for the money!!!!
