  • Very bad customer service. I called in my order for delivery and the person (girl)who answered the phone was very rude and didn't take down my order correctly and was very impatient to hang up. The delivery driver,which was an old lady, was also very rude ,impatient and very sarcastic. When I was filling out the tip portion, she started rolling her eyes. My sandwich was great, but they need to hire friendly people.
