  • Very disappointed especially after the reopen after their big meeting and clean up! I ordered a bowl online. I asked for a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, vegies and cheese on the side. When I returned to work after picking up my order (mind you I drove 5.7 miles to pick it up in dire hunger) my order was completely screwed up. The vegies were burnt to a crisp, I mean burnt. They put white unflavored rice instead of brown, the black beans still felt super cold like they weren't even cooked, no salsa at all and a handful of cheese was sprinkled all over my bowl when I asked for it on the side. Horrible way to get your name back Chipotle after getting everyone sick! Waste of money.
