  • The worst service I have had in Charlotte. Our waiter completely forgot my order, then put in the wrong order taking double the time. When the check came, he advised that he had taken off my actual order and marketed it as "free", only to realize I was being charged for the food that he incorrectly wrote down. In addition, our water cups were constantly empty and the food was salty and overpriced for portion size.
