  • Robert is absolutely amazing! I had ordered some things online for my husband as a Christmas gift. I do not have a location where I live or anywhere close. I ordered the wrong items and tried multiple times to get ahold of customer service to fix the issue. No one would answer or call me back! It was extremely frustrating. I googled the closest Art of Shaving location just trying to find another 800 number to call. To my great luck Robert answered. He went above and beyond to help me. I was able to send the items and get what my husband wanted. THIS is exactly how you treat customers!! I ended up spending more money and whenever I go to Chandler I will definitely shop here. Thank you so much to the amazing people there and to Robert.
