  • Called me to solicit my business during dinner time, and despite the fact that I'm on the Do Not Call list. When I pointed that fact out (granted, a little less nicely than necessary), I was responded to with a rude, "well, the system is not infallible." No apology to be found. Even if I was looking for someone to do my air or heating, at this point I would consider literally anyone before Rescue One.
