  • Absolutely terrible customer service. Something in my burrito tasted off and asked if I could try something else and explained how there was much more hot sauce than I expected cooked into the burrito. The girl at the front (Leidy) looked at me and told me she "didn't know what to tell me" and that I should "look at the menu more carefully and KNOW what I'm ordering next" and that I would have to pay for something else.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You should never have attitude with your customers. That was my first and last time ever eating there. Leidy clearly doesn't value the experience that her managers customers receive.
