  • I like the online appt setting especially since I set up about 3AM for next day at 4PM. I lost my decade-long very good deep muscle therapist due to her serious medical issues. It is very hard to find my type of LMT that can do really deep work on neck and shoulders and who really knows what she is doing. From the reviews booked appt with Nicole.... I have now found by deep muscle gal to replace old (after trying many others that were not as good). She is witty, sharp, really knows muscles and did an excellent job on my chronically tight neck and shoulders. Every month or so I get terrible headaches that meds won't fully get rid of. I get quick adjustment from a Chiro I've used for a decade who is very good and try and combine with good deep muscle massage. The tight muscles pull on spine and pinch nerves resulting in headaches. Almost need a sludge hammer to loosen up - and around some fatty tissue. Nicole is a keeper - about as good as my long time prior gal vs most others that I have tried.
