This place is new and you'd think they'd be trained on where equipment was in the building, how to use it, make sure it works properly etc before opening the doors to the public...you know, because this is a EMERGENCY hospital room. But nope! You'd think because this was an EMERGENCY hospital room, there would be some sense of URGENCY. Nope again! My grandma moves faster than these people. (Actually caught doctor surfing the net, clearly nothing medically related, instead of attending to patients)
Was so excited to see this place go up near my house, but what a complete disappointment when I had to use them the other day. Next time I need help, I'll just go back to the NextCare down the street.
