  • Worst place ever! My wife and I went in one day because we were looking at SUVs because we were wanting to get one. But we were only looking at this point to get an idea as to what would be best for us. The sales guy we had was nice, answered all our questions went out of the way for us and did everything imaginable but he also knew that we weren't looking at buying we just wanted to look. Well long story short we get stuck in a room with all the sales managers and get hounded into trying to buy the car now. We didn't want that but found something we may like and was told they do a soft check on income and what not to help us see better on price for everything. We were told our credit would not be touched at all. Well apparently it was a week later we get nonstop letters about how our credit was pulled. We called the store even went down there and all they kept telling us was that they never said it and they'd get back to us. But of course they didn't. It didn't matter how many times I went down there or called they didn't do a anything. But back off my rant so finally after lots of back and forth about the cars I got pretty ticked and left. My wife is pregnant and was getting sick and needed to go eat but they wouldn't let us leave nor out the room until I pretty much had to light into them and use more then a firm tone of voice and get them to let us leave. Needless to say I won't buy anything from them! They are rude, demanding, and deceptive. So round 2 I figured their service department would be better. I have a 2007 Nissan 350Z that I was wanting to get some stuff checked out on. I called a week in advance the lady set me up with an appointment so I came in. I get there they look at me crazy and say I don't have one and that I never called. Even better the price that I was told over the phone was about a few hundred bucks less then what they told me when I got there and this was without them even looking at my car. Then they told me that it's my fault and I must have done something wrong when I called. I mean I love my Nissan don't want to give it up but this place gives nissan a horrible reputation. The only reason why they get a star is because I can't go lower and the fact that I do love my Nissan. Worst place to ever go to. I rather go to Carmax!
