  • I wish I could give them zero stars, but, alas, it is impossible. I am a social worker and I set up an appointment to have Discount Yellow Cab pick up a client of ours who is unable to drive. My client was ready for the cab, but they never showed up to get her! I am VERY disappointed with this company and plan on making a formal complaint to the BBB. This company should not be in business. Don't call them if you have somewhere important to go...
