The good: the zumba classes are really fun, with energetic instructors who really get the class moving. The staff is uniformly pleasant and friendly.
The bad: they never did replace that stupid clock. There is no rowing machine and no one responded to my email requesting one. There are very few fitness classes, ranging from one per day to a high of three. As a result, some of the classes are so crowded that people can barely move. Despite my repeated requests, the website is INCORRECT about the class schedule. Evidently this is a "corporate" issue, but corporate doesn't care. I know because I've contacted them four times. The last time, they did not even give me the courtesy of a response. The place could be a little cleaner, they don't appear to mop the classroom every day. Also, the woman only room was cut down in size and is now very crowded.
Final call: at $20 a month (plus the yearly charge), this is still a good deal.
